似乎一提到“国际”，大家最直观想到的会是“开放与自由”，和“无规矩不成方圆”的中国文化截然不同。可恰恰就在朝阳凯文的国际课程项目（ICP）中学部，将中西规范结合，营造浓厚学习氛围的同时成就表彰，以此更好地激励学生们的学术努力、爱心奉献和全面发展。用“荣誉榜”、“卓越荣誉榜”、以及“校长奖荣誉”嘉奖那些“践行凯文品格”、“学业不断进步”、“拥有领导力并承担领导责任”的优秀学生。

“As the name impiles, being on the Honor Roll is a significant achievement and honor to recieve. We changed the format of the Honor Roll this year to make it accessible to any student who recieves outstanding grades in their subjects, according to their total Grade Point Average and not only for a certain percentage of students. This way, if all CKWA students strive to make good achievements in their studies, they could all be eligible to be recognized, instead of only a certain percentage of students as other schools do. This makes CKWA truly stand out as a school who cares about each individual learner.”

“荣誉榜的实行使艺术生更注重学术与专业的平衡发展，促使艺术生在学校表现和学术成绩上都有所提高。在过往，部分学生或许会更专注于提升自己的艺术技能，但是通过荣誉榜的评选，促进了学生们全面向上进取的内驱力。家长也十分认可，家长的认可和密切的家校合作共同督促、鼓励孩子们得到荣誉，形成了积极的学习环境。

公平的评选方式，让每位学生都有机会以自己为标杆，推动行为和成绩的提升。这种鼓励不是一次性的，这不仅增强了学生的信心，也为他们的长远发展奠定了坚实的基础。”

# Make the Growth Visible

The emergence of the National Curriculum Program at CKWA targeting above and beyond Gaokao, has provided with Kaiwen students with a pathway to domestic universities. This helps to create a complete set of pathways to international and domestic universities for Kaiwen graduates.

Honor Roll allows students to see their own growth and the growth of their peers. It also allows teachers and parents to see the growth of students. Role models inspire everyone to strive for excellence.

“The monthly commendation and the award certificates will motivate the students who receive the commendation to pursue greater progress and get strong self-confidence, which accumulates into strong internal drive, strong sense of honor, and condense into a good collective culture of the class, school division, and school. For high school freshmen who take the first step in high school, the Honor Roll is the goal pursued by everyone and also a role model for every student to learn. Discovering beauty, creating beauty, and spreading beauty are areas that students of Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy Art Curriculum Program excel in. The confidence combined with the sense of achievement and honor brought by academic excellence, isn’t it the process of creating beauty? Ans the positive influence on others, isn’t it the process of spreading beauty?

“The Honor Roll has made art students pay more attention to the balance between academic and professional development, promoting their behavioral and academic performance in school. In the past, some students may have been more focused on improving their artistic skills, but the Honor Roll has promoted the internal drive of students to comprehensively strive for progress. Parents also highly recognize it, and close cooperation between parents and schools jointly supervise and encourage children to achieve success, creating a positive learning environment.

The fair selection method allows every student to have the opportunity to use themselves as a benchmark and improve behavior and grades. This kind of encouragement is not a one-time deal. It not only enhances students’ confidence, but also lays a solid foundation for their long-term development.”
