Wang Teng holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Renmin University of China and is a certified Chinese CPA as well as a holder of the National Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. Wang Teng has previously held key positions such as Senior Auditor of the Audit Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian Beijing Branch, Audit Manager of the Audit Department at Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd., Senior Investment Manager of the Investment Department at Beijing Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Investment Manager of the Investment and Development Department at Cowell (Tianjin) Investment Co., Ltd., and Deputy Manager and Manager of the Strategic Investment Department at Beijing Haidian State-owned Asset Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. Currently, Wang Teng serves as the General Manager Assistant and Board Secretary at Beijing Haidian State-owned Asset Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. Since March 2024, he has been serving as Chairman of the company.
