Wang Teng has previously held key positions such as Senior Auditor of the Audit Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian Beijing Branch, Audit Manager of the Audit Department at Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd., Senior Investment Manager of the Investment Department at Beijing Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Investment Manager of the Investment and Development Department at Cowell (Tianjin) Investment Co., Ltd., and Deputy Manager and Manager of the Strategic Investment Department at Beijing Haidian State-owned Asset Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. Currently, Wang Teng serves as the General Manager Assistant and Board Secretary at Beijing Haidian State-owned Asset Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. Since March 2024, he has been serving as Chairman of the company.

From September 2014 to October 2015, he served as the Executive Director and Financial Adviser of Beijing Enterprises Medical and Health Industry Group Ltd. (HK2389). He served as the Financial Administrator of the company from August 2016 to December 2019 and the Deputy General Manager of the company from August 2016 to August 2020. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the company since August 2016, and the General Manager of the company since August 2020.

He once worked in Shenzhen Development Bank and Ping An Bank, served as Deputy General Manager of Runfeng Capital, Haiguo Jingtai Energy Co., Ltd. in Caofeidian, Hebei, and Beijing Haixinsheng Co., Ltd. He now acts as Deputy Manager of the operation and management department of Beijing Haidian State-Owned Asset Investment Group Co., Ltd.  and director of the Company since May 2024.

He served as Assistant Manager of Strategic Investment Department, and Assistant Manager and Deputy Director of Major Affairs Office at Beijing Haidian State-owned Asset Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. Currently he is Deputy Manager of Strategic Investment Department of Beijing Haidian State-owned Asset Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. He has been a director of the company since July 2024.

He is a doctor of law of Beijing Normal University and holds a legal professional qualification certificate. He has begun to serve as director of Beijing Yi Xian Law Firm since July 2013. He has long been engaged in corporate legal counseling and civil & commercial litigation, as well as researches on HR legal affairs and corporate legal affairs, and has won honorary titles including “Advanced Individual of Beijing Municipal Judicial Administration System”. He has begun to serve as independent director of the company since August 2022.

He is a master of accountancy of the Macquarie University of Australia, EMBA of Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management, and doctor of industrial economics (completion) of the Economics and Management School of Wuhan University. He has rich work experience in accountancy and financial management and holds a certificate of CPA Australia and a post qualification certificate for China’s internal auditors. He is currently managing director of Beijing Hengtai Xinhe Management Consulting Co., Ltd. He has begun to serve as independent director of the company since August 2022.

She is a bachelor of art of the Department of Journalism and Communication of China Youth University of Political Studies, and an on-the-job master of civil & commercial law of China University of Political Science and Law. She has begun to serve as member of the CPC committee and vice president of Beijing City University since December 2019. She has been engaged in non-governmental education for years and has rich experience in educational management. She has begun to serve as independent director of the company since August 2022.

He successively served as the manager of the overseas headquarters of Dagong Global Credit Rating Co., Ltd., the deputy director of the Securities Investment Department of Aerospace High-Tech Holding Group Co., Ltd., the executive director of the Securities Department of Boyan Vision Technology Co., Ltd., the deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors of Beijing Hanbang Digital Technology Co., Ltd. He has been working as deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors of the company since October 2019.

Pei Lei has successively served as the financial director of Aspire Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.; the financial director of Pangu Culture Communication Co., Ltd.; and the financial director, leader in charge of internal audit, and financial manager of ChinaSo Information Technology Co., Ltd. She has been the financial director of the company since December 2019 and the deputy general manager of the company since April 2021.

He has served as university relations manager of Microsoft Research Asia, university cooperation manager of Intel (China) Co., Ltd., education cooperation manager of Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., university cooperation director of Tencent, partner and senior vice president of Huike Education Technology Group Co., Ltd. He has begun to serve as general manager of Haike Vocational Education (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kaiwen Academy, since October 2022, and deputy general manager of the company since September 2023.
